Project challenge
The Creators service required a redefinition of its value proposition to more effectively communicate its benefits to both creators and potential buyers of artworks. Furthermore, to address the users' needs more efficiently and meet the business challenges, the platform needed an improvement in the usability of its services, a restructuring of its functionalities, and a visual image consistent with the new value proposition
How to design a digital gallery experience that meets the needs of creators and buyers?
How we did it
We engaged users, customers and buyers to understand their needs, and we analyzed the current state of the company, the competitors and the market to understand the business challenges. This allowed us to design a solid value proposition that was reflected in the digital experience and brand.
The brand
It helps differentiate it from the rest of the Safe Creative ecosystem while modernizing the platform by combining existing elements with new ones to reflect a more current image.
Implementation of the digital service
The public website aims on the one hand to attract creators to register their works in the Safe Creative ecosystem and exhibit them on Creators, and on the other hand to offer an attractive visual experience and easy navigation for potential collectors and buyers of creations that enter Creators to meet new artists.
Future challenges
This work carried out for Creators is the first step in the redesign of the service in order to be able to quickly recruit new users.
We continue working on the strategic design of the entire Safe Creative ecosystem as well as the optimization and improvement of current services.
