Project challenge

Within the Safe Creative ecosystem there are several services. As we already define the value proposition and design of the Creators service, we needed to apply the same changes to the Safe Creative platform, so that the ecosystem maintains consistency.

The big challenge in the case was to find an efficient way to implement these changes in terms of navigation, visual design and content, taking into account the depth of navigation of the service. Both on the public web and on the private web.

How to unify the services of an ecosystem to ensure a consistent user experience?

How we did it

Without changing the essence and positioning of Safe Creative, which is focused on artists, while Creators is focused on end customers, we applied the changes and used new graphic elements while respecting the consistency of the different brands in the ecosystem.

Implementation of the digital service

Due to the number of flows and contents to be taken into account on the Safe Creative website, an initial usability review was carried out to identify the processes that could be simplified.

The objective in this case was not to completely redesign the service, but to adapt it to the changes applied in Creators. Therefore, it was decided to intervene on certain screens where the changes would have a significant impact on the experience, but without having to rethink the entire service.

This analysis of the screens also allowed us to improve and unify the nomenclature of the language to be used. In a service such as Safe Creative, where many legal and technical terms are used, it is essential to work on the simplification and clarity of the contents so that the user has no doubts when using the service.

We also took the opportunity to simplify the commercial proposal and the explanation of the products and their prices.
