Vitality + is a personalized health longevity program developed by startup Senniors and insurer Zurich Klinc, backed by wearable technology from Fitbit.
It aims to improve the quality of life of the elderly by modifying daily living habits. It includes a system of goals to improve physical activity, sleep, nutrition and emotional well-being.
Project challenge
Build and design from scratch the best possible user experience of an innovative service focused on the elderly, respecting the time imposed by the insurer to meet their business challenges. Without neglecting the long-term vision so that the product is scalable and can evolve quickly once the first version of the app has been validated in a real context.
We defined a simple experience aligned with the corporate identity created for Zurich's digital product ecosystem.
How can we design a product experience that builds a sustainable foundation for future evolution?
How we did it
Working with the Senniors team to prioritize and order the functionalities according to their development complexity and the value they could bring to the user, we built an attractive, differential and easy-to-access product for the app's oldest users.
We design the on-boarding of the service and build the information architecture thinking about the customer's needs and avoiding any kind of complexity during the process.
The solution
A digital service connected to a personal coach to help create real longevity programs, with physical activity, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness. All connected to Fitbit to monitor programs in real time.
