The Union of Family Associations is an NGO formed by 23 associations that promote social transformation to advance rights and improve the lives of families.
Project challenge
With a simple development and a database easy to update through Wordpress, we had to design a conversational tool as personalized as possible to meet the needs of families. By asking the right questions, we had to guide users to download useful content for their daily lives.
How can we deliver relevant and personalized content to families with the help of a conversational tool?
How we did it
Working in co-creation sessions with UNAF specialists, we defined the challenges to be solved, the topics and doubts to be answered, and worked on a decision tree to organize the contents to be offered to users.
We used UNAF's graphic line and illustrations related to family issues to design a friendly and approachable interface, while using a suitable tone to create empathy when dealing with such sensitive issues as family relationships.

A web app that does not require installation, which can be accessed from the mobile browser.
