CBRE is the leading international real estate consulting and services company. It offers its clients services related to the real estate world through proptech solutions that seek to go a step further and offer maximum added value.

Project challenge

In order to improve the customer experience, it was decided to work on the redesigning of the online appraisal service, which allows to contract and manage digitally the appraisal of homes for mortgage or information purposes.

We defined the strategic bases of the product to gain a foothold in a growing market, focusing on building a simple experience aligned with the new global corporate identity.

How to redesign a service to adapt it to the new needs of customers and the company?

How we did it

Working with the CBRE team to align the different internal visions and prioritize objectives, we build an attractive, differential and understandable value proposition for clients.

We structure the service proposal and information architecture with the client's needs in mind and to lighten their emotional burden during the process.

The solution

As a result, we managed to design a service that gathers all the value of the parent brand, with a visual design and a new information architecture that helps users find what they need in a simple and direct way.
