How to design a Welcome Pack taking into account the needs of a global company and its customers?

How we did it

We study the market, talk to MAPFRE clients and non-clients to understand their needs when using a Welcome Pack and co-design a solution with their teams so that the solution can meet the expectations of all stakeholders involved in the project.

The solution

The materials created were hosted in an ad-hoc design system that was integrated into MAPFRE's global design system. Adaptable, usable, scalable, and useful material was created, both for MAPFRE's end clients and for the internal teams in charge of communication.
