What is Experience design for ikigai
From product design to process optimization and service conceptualization, we apply our Life-Centered Design methodology to ensure that every experience is functional and relevant.
Research allows us to understand the critical touch points between the brand and its audiences, creating solutions that not only meet expectations, but exceed them. By incorporating empathy, knowledge of the user and their context and an understanding of business objectives, each Experience design project is an impetus to transform needs into meaningful experiences, establishing real connections and narratives consistent with the values and purposes of the organization.
At the core of our approach is the belief that design goes beyond the visual. With every solution we elevate the interaction between companies and their audiences, turning every touchpoint into an opportunity to captivate, inspire and leave a lasting impression.

How do we do it?
To design the best experiences, we follow a series of steps and value co-creation:
01
User understanding
We need to understand whether the experience we want to design is what our users really need or expect. Validating that approach allows us to build appropriate solutions and think about the tactical or functional aspects of the solution: how to build it.
02
Co-creation
We integrate in the process all the necessary actors to generate value: from Design ops to UX writing, through UX/UI design and internal stakeholders, all the profiles involved are orchestrated to extract all the expertise and enhance the design process.
03
Business-minded
Regardless of the area in which we work, be it digital product or service, customer or employee experience, we take into account internal objectives and capabilities to drive the business objectives set by the organization.
